Exchange and Return Policy
We always recommend checking the measurements with a tape measure, we have explained all the important measurements for each product in the measurement guide.
The customer has the right to return the product within 3 days only from the date of shipment arrival.
Required:
1- The product must be in its original condition and not used, with all tags attached, not removed or damaged, and in its original packaging.
2- Products that cannot be replaced or returned (underwear and accessories after use or opening)
3- The customer shall bear the shipping costs in the event of a return, if any.
4- The refund will be for the returned products only, and other fees such as shipping fees or cash on delivery fees are non-refundable.
5- It takes 7 to 21 days to return the amount to the same payment method, depending on the bank’s policy. If you choose to return it as a purchase voucher (coupon), the coupon will be sent to you within 24 hours.
Cost of return fees:
The return fee is 35 riyals and will be transferred to one of our bank accounts.
